Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Some items (perishables, personal-care) may be non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or FAYOS wallet within a few business days.

Damaged or wrong items

Report within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
